We cannot always ship all items from one order at the same time. In your account you can see whether we sent everything at the same time. If we have sent everything, it is best to contact our customer service.
Nothing is as important as delivery time. That’s why you can see when we will deliver the item before you order anything. Items that are immediately in stock are usually delivered the next day. Items that are not in stock take a little longer to arrive.
Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?

If you ordered more than 45 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation and there is nothing in your account , please contact customer service. And don’t worry: if money has been debited, we will automatically refund you.
No, to protect your data, an order can no longer be adjusted. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it .
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel and then order the correct one. Once your order has been shipped, you can return it or refuse it at the door.
Your order may have failed for several reasons. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the reason for your failed order and your payment method:
technical failure
- iDEAL or afterwards : within 3 working days
- Credit card : within 5 working days
- Gift voucher/card : topped up within 2 hours. Tip: check the value in your account
transaction has expired
- Gift voucher/card for iDEAL payment : upgraded within 1 hour. Tip: check the value in your account

Return deals are products that have been returned by other customers. We offer these products after strict quality control by our surgeons. The products are therefore practically new and not refurbished or repaired. Sometimes it may happen that the product is no longer in the original packaging.
The advantages of the return deals are:
- The products are cheaper than a new product
- The same warranties apply as on a new product
- The same return conditions apply as for a new bol.com product
- Large appliances are placed and connected (just not installed)
- You contribute to a better environment
